Peppered Corydoras
The Peppered Corydoras (Corydoras paleatus) is one of the hardiest and most popular bottom-cleaning catfish in the hobby. Featuring an attractive olive-green body adorned with dark, mottled "peppered" spots and an iridescent metallic sheen, these active bottom dwellers add endless charm and movement to tank floors.
Highly social and entirely peaceful, Peppered Corys spend their day continuously sifting through substrate for food scraps, making them an essential part of any aquarium cleanup crew.
