Every betta we send travels next-day, insulated and tracked, and every delivery is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If anything is wrong when your box opens, message us with a photo and we'll put it right.

Free collection — East London
Pick your fish up in person, free of charge, however many you buy. We'll confirm a time with you after your order and walk you through settling them in.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed — UK-wide
Next-day, tracked and heat-packed. One delivery fee covers the whole order, so buying two or three fish costs no more to send than one.
Saturday delivery
Available for £3 extra. Choose your preferred arrival date at checkout and we'll pack and post so it lands on the day you asked for.
Food & supplies only
Orders without livestock go by tracked post for £4.99.
How we pack live fish
- Each fish is bagged with oxygen in a double bag, cushioned and insulated.
- A 40-hour heat pack goes in during colder months so temperatures stay stable in transit.
- Fish are fasted before travel, which keeps the transport water clean.
- Boxes are labelled as live tropical fish and posted early for next-day arrival.
Live arrival guarantee
Open your box on camera or take clear photos as soon as it arrives. In the unlikely event a fish doesn't travel well, send us the footage and your order reference the same day and we'll replace or refund it.
